Check-in & check-out
On check-in day, you can access your accommodation from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
If you wish an earlier check-in or delay your departure time on check-out day, contact us and we will do our best.
Accommodation capacity & rules
MAXIMUM CAPACITY: The maximum permitted capacity and the number of available beds are indicated in the description of each accommodation. This maximum capacity includes both adults and children —regardless of age— and cannot be exceeded.
SCHEDULES AND HOUSE RULES: Quiet hours are from 22:00 h. to 10:00 h. Smoking is prohibited both inside the accommodation and in common areas. Failure to comply will result in a 300€ penalty, which will be charged to the card used for payment. Loud music and parties are not allowed. Pets are not permitted.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: The person who makes the reservation is directly responsible for the behaviour of all occupants and for any damage caused to the accommodation, its furnishings, or the building’s common areas. FeelFree STAYS is not liable for indirect damages such as losses due to theft, fire, or accidents. At the end of the stay, the property will be inspected for possible damages; if any are found, they will be covered by the security deposit. If the cost of repairs exceeds the deposit, the reservation holder authorises FeelFree STAYS to charge the difference to the payment card. If no damages are found, the deposit will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days.
BREACH OF RULES: Failure to comply with these rules may result in eviction and termination of the contract without compensation, loss of the deposit, and an obligation to pay any outstanding amounts. Booking with FeelFree implies acceptance of these conditions and the jurisdiction of the local courts.
Tourist tax
A tourist tax is planned to be introduced in the Basque Country, although the date of implementation and the amount have not yet been defined. Once it is approved, FeelFree STAYS will apply it to reservations in San Sebastián that fall within its period of validity. If your reservation is affected, we will inform you of the amount and the payment process.
Modification of the reservation
You can cancel or change the length of stay through our website or by writing an email. We do not accept cancellations or changes by telephone.
If you want to change the dates of a future reservation, contact us, and we will give you the best possible solution. Please note that changing the dates supposes a new stay, applying the cancellation conditions.
If, for reasons beyond our control – breakdowns, floods, fires, or any other cause of force majeure – , we cannot offer you the agreed apartment, we will change it for another of similar characteristics. If you do not like the proposed accommodation, you may cancel your reservation. You will obtain a refund of the amount you have paid, except, if applicable, the corresponding part to the rental period that has been used. FeelFree assumes no further liability for total or partial cancellation of the stay.
Cancellation conditions
It is not possible to modify the dates of a stay, service, or experience within the penalty period indicated in the booking confirmation.
In the event of a no-show and without having canceled the reservation, there will be no right to any refund for the amount of the stay or contracted services.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance. In case of cancellation of a reservation at one of our accommodations, even due to force majeure, the cancellation conditions established by FeelFree will apply.
As a traveler, you have 24 hours to exercise your right of withdrawal from the moment the reservation is processed in our system, without needing to justify your decision and without any penalty, except for the costs of refunding the amount paid, if any.
In the event of a cancellation of the stay and/or contracted services, FeelFree will always apply the accepted cancellation conditions.
In case of cancellation, the refund, if applicable, will be made in euros. If the amount has been paid in another currency, the exchange rate difference may result in a cost to the traveler.
These conditions apply to bookings made directly with FeelFree. If your reservation was made through another booking channel, the cancellation policies that apply will be those indicated by the channel where the reservation was made.
FeelFree reserves the right to apply special cancellation conditions or withdraw access to the services offered in case the traveler does not make proper use of the content and services provided by the company, damaging or impeding their normal operation.
Conditions of our offers
Any modification to the established price, before the selection of dates, is considered an offer. These offers can only be effective by booking directly with FeelFree through our website, email, or phone.
These offers are not cumulative with other offers. Each specific offer may have additional conditions to those mentioned above (duration, particularities, dates, etc.) that will be described in each case.
Cleaning service
To reduce the consumption of water and cleaning chemicals from laundry and housekeeping, we offer a cleaning and linen-change service whose frequency varies according to the length of your stay. Please note that if the accommodation is occupied at the scheduled time, we will not be able to carry out the cleaning.

Forgotten items
Due to limited storage space, we can only maintain forgotten items for one week. If you forget something in the apartment when you leave, contact us as soon as possible in order to return it to you.

Cancellation of accommodation and/or services due to improper use
FeelFree STAYS reserves the right to apply special cancellation conditions or withdraw access to the services offered if the traveler does not make an appropriate use of the rental and/ or the services provided by the company, thereby damaging or hindering their regular operation.
