FeelFree STAYS is the latest chapter in a story that began over 20 years ago. A story shaped by San Sebastián, Baqueira and thousands of travellers, and one that continues today with a new approach to hospitality and accommodation management.
IT ALL STARTED WITH A HOUSE IN IBIZA
When Juanra Vega and Carlos Villalain travelled with friends, they preferred staying in a house. They liked having the space to spend time together and the freedom to enjoy the trip their own way. But in the early 2000s, finding a comfortable, well-designed holiday home that felt genuinely cared for was not always easy.
They saw an opportunity. In 2005, they bought a house in Ibiza, paid particular attention to its design and began marketing it as a high-end holiday rental. First came newspaper adverts and word of mouth. Then came new travellers and new destinations.
That was the beginning of FeelFree.
FROM ONE HOUSE TO FEELFREE
That first experience showed there was room for a different approach to holiday rentals. The project continued to grow until FeelFree decided to focus on two destinations we still have a deep connection with today: San Sebastián, our home, and Baqueira, part of our story for decades.
That specialisation gave rise to FeelFree RENTALS, our brand of holiday and seasonal rental apartments and villas. Over the years, hundreds of property owners have entrusted us with the management of their homes, while thousands of travellers have chosen FeelFree for their stays in both destinations.

Today, FeelFree brings together two ways to stay, both shaped by more than 20 years of experience, the same team and the same approach to hospitality.

Aparthotels and boutique guesthouses that bring that experience to a new way of staying, with services such as housekeeping during your stay and spaces designed for anything from a few days to longer stays.
OUR WAY OF WELCOMING YOU
Every new property, every owner and every traveller has taught us something. Over the years, we have developed an approach that covers every stage, from setting up and marketing a property to day-to-day operations and looking after our travellers.
Although FeelFree has changed a great deal since those early days, some things remain the same: we like to take care of the places we manage, know our destinations inside out and stay close to the people who place their trust in us, both owners and travellers.

FeelFree STAYS is a natural evolution of our approach to accommodation management. A new collection of aparthotels and boutique guesthouses in San Sebastián, created for travellers who value the independence of having a space of their own alongside the services that make a stay more comfortable.
Basoa and Antiguo were the first to open their doors, with Marina coming next. Three different ways to stay in San Sebastián, all with one thing in common: we want you to enjoy the city your way and feel at home from the moment you arrive.
