FEELFREE STAYS ANTIGUO
Just a few minutes from Ondarreta Beach, FeelFree STAYS Antiguo is the perfect base for discovering San Sebastián. Stroll to the iconic Peine del Viento sculpture or follow the promenade along La Concha Bay all the way to the city centre and the Old Town.
Just behind the guesthouse, Matia Street is where locals go for breakfast, pintxos and a stop at the historic Casa Otaegui bakery.
If you’d rather use public transport, several bus routes connect you with every corner of the city.
FEELFREE STAYS BASOA
Set opposite Miramón Forest, FeelFree STAYS Basoa combines the tranquillity of a natural setting with excellent connections to the centre of San Sebastián. Nearby you’ll find attractions such as Chillida Leku, Eureka! Science Museum and the Basozabal Golf Club.
If you’re visiting for work, both Miramón Technology Park and the Basque Culinary Center are just minutes away. A bus stop directly outside the aparthotel also takes you to the city centre in around 15 minutes.

Which FeelFree STAYS accommodation is best for my trip?
It depends on the type of trip you’re planning. FeelFree STAYS Antiguo is an excellent choice if you’d like to stay close to the beach, explore San Sebastián on foot and experience one of the city’s most authentic neighbourhoods. FeelFree STAYS Basoa, on the other hand, is perfect if you’re looking for peace and quiet, travelling for work or would rather stay surrounded by nature while still enjoying easy access to the city centre. Both properties are ideal for families, offering spacious accommodation and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Where are the FeelFree STAYS accommodations located?
Our accommodations are located in two very different areas of San Sebastián. FeelFree STAYS Antiguo is just a short walk from Ondarreta Beach, the Peine del Viento sculpture and Miramar Palace, in a lively neighbourhood full of cafés, bars and restaurants. FeelFree STAYS Basoa is located opposite the Miramón Forest, close to the Miramón Technology Park and the Basque Culinary Center, in a peaceful natural setting.
How do I access the accommodation? Can I arrive at any time?
Yes. Both properties offer self check-in, so you can arrive whenever it suits you without worrying about reception opening hours. Your mobile phone will be your key throughout your stay.
At FeelFree STAYS Basoa, our reception is open every day from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. We’ll be happy to answer any questions, recommend restaurants, arrange a taxi or help you make the most of your stay.
Is parking available?
Yes. Both properties offer parking.
At FeelFree STAYS Basoa, parking is free of charge for our guests. You can use any available space and, if the car park is full, there’s also free on-street parking in the surrounding residential area.
At FeelFree STAYS Antiguo, we offer two parking spaces, subject to availability, for an additional charge.
Both properties are equipped with electric vehicle charging points. Please note that the charging points at Basoa are not yet operational.
Are there supermarkets, restaurants and other useful services nearby?
Yes. FeelFree STAYS Antiguo is located above a supermarket and just a short walk from Matía Street, one of the locals’ favourite places for breakfast, lunch or a traditional pintxos crawl. You’ll also find plenty of cafés, restaurants and everyday services nearby.
At FeelFree STAYS Basoa, supermarkets and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. On arrival, you’ll also receive a guide prepared by our team with recommendations for restaurants, as well as information about nearby supermarkets, pharmacies and other useful services.
Which accommodation is best for families?
Both properties are excellent choices for families, although they offer different experiences.
FeelFree STAYS Antiguo is just a short walk from Ondarreta Beach, a calm, family-friendly beach, and around ten minutes on foot from the funicular railway to Monte Igueldo, one of San Sebastián’s most iconic attractions, home to a historic amusement park and spectacular views over the bay.
FeelFree STAYS Basoa offers spacious apartments, a shared garden and a peaceful natural setting. Opposite the property is Miramón Forest, San Sebastián’s largest urban park, with more than 60 hectares of green space, walking trails and picnic areas. It’s also just a few minutes from Eureka! Science Museum, one of the city’s favourite attractions for families with children.
Which accommodation is best if I'm travelling for work?
If you’re travelling for business, FeelFree STAYS Basoa is usually the best choice. It’s located close to the Miramón Technology Park and the Basque Culinary Center, offers spacious apartments with fully equipped kitchens and dedicated space for remote working, and has a bus stop directly outside with regular services to San Sebastián city centre.
